
Two men and a juvenile male have been charged with arson after the police said they deliberately set multiple fire in the Fauquier and Culpeper Counties in Virginia over the weekend.
On Friday, the officers responded to a barn fire on Holtzclaw Road outside of the Warrenton. Police said that this fire was immediately recognized as an act of arson. Later at that night, officers responded to another barn fire on the Sumerduck Road at Silver Hill Road and another on the Phelps Wildfire Management Area on the Sumerduck Road. During that time, a suspicious fire was reported on the Chestnut Fork Road in Culpeper County.
The Fauquier and Culpeper Sheriff’s Offices determined these fires were the acts of arson.
After getting a suspect vehicle description from the witnesses, a suspect was identified.

On Saturday, another fire was reported at a residential structure on the Sumerduck Road across from Mount Holly Church.
Later, within a short time, the suspect and his vehicle were located in the Culpeper County.
Samuel Earl Perkins, aged 18, and Anthony Tyrone Coachman, aged 18 and a 17 years old juvenile were taken into the custody during a traffic stop at baround 11:30 p.m.
Perkins has been charged with the breaking and entering, arson of a dwelling and also three counts of arson of other buildings in the Fauquier County. Additional charges have been placed in the Culpeper County.
Coachman was charged with breaking and also entering, arson of a dwelling and two counts of arson of the other buildings in Fauquier County. Additional charges have been placed in the Culpeper County.
Perkins and also Coachman are being held with no bond at the Culpeper County Adult Detention Center.
The juvenile is expected to be charged in the Fauquier County at a later date. The juvenile has been charged in the Culpeper County and was transported to a juvenile facility in the Charlottesville.
Police said all of the structures in the Fauquier County were unoccupied at the time of the fires and also no injuries have been reported.
