The IDEA (Indian Dance Educators Association) organizing an event Indian Dance and American Music - Poetry in Motion in cooperation with the Wolf Trap. The event is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at The Barns at Wolf Trap1635 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182. The program will begin at 08:00 PM.
According to the organizers, the program features four different types of Indian dance forms such as Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Kathak and Odissi with the featured poems including Maya Angelou’s “Phenomenal Woman” and “Caged Bird,” Robert Frost’s “Love and a Question and Sam Levenson’s “Time-Tested Beauty Tips”.
