The digital rights of Telugu films have been playing a crucial role when it comes to the film's release. If the digital rights are unsold, the risk falls entirely on the producer. Varun Tej's Korean Kanakaraju has completed shooting portions sometime ago and the makers wanted to release the film during summer. With the delay in cracking the OTT deal, the film's release was pushed. A top digital platform has now acquired the digital rights and all hurdles are now cleared. Naga Chaitanya pinned big hopes on his next film Vrushakarma, a mystic thriller. The film is made on a record budget and is in the final stages of shoot. The makers are trying hard to close the digital deal. The first glimpse received an outstanding response from the audience and Zee Studios has acquired the digital and satellite rights of the film for a fancy price. The makers are now relieved and they will announce the release date of the film very soon.
