The Vivo X300 Ultra was introduced to the audience for the first time at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 held in Spain. After that, the flagship device was released in China alongside the new Vivo X300s. The technology company has been hinting at the worldwide release of the Ultra version for a while now. Recently, they confirmed that the Vivo X300 Ultra will soon be available in India. This phone will be launched together with the Vivo X300 FE. The business has also shown the phone's design, which is the same as the one in China. The upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra is definitely going to have a round rear camera setup. It will also be compatible with Vivo's new external telephoto lens kit. Dedicated pages for both the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE are now visible on the company’s site in India, indicating that they will be launched there soon. A landing page is also active on Flipkart, confirming their availability through this online shopping site. The two devices are displayed with designs identical to those sold in China.
The new flagship Vivo X300 Ultra is confirmed to work with Vivo's external telephoto lens kit. Both devices will be introduced in India with Zeiss-enhanced rear cameras. The Vivo X300 Ultra features a round camera setup, while the Vivo X300 FE has a horizontal pill-shaped camera arrangement on the back. Furthermore, both Vivo X300 variants are expected to have three rear camera units. The FE version will be offered in India in at least a green color choice. This announcement follows the launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra in China on March 30, where it started at a price of CNY 6,999 (around Rs. 95,900) for the entry-level option with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. In contrast, the prices for the 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB configurations were CNY 7,499 (about Rs. 1,02,700), CNY 7,999 (approximately Rs. 1,09,600), and CNY 8,999 (nearly Rs. 1,23,300) respectively. The smartphone runs on Qualcomm’s top-tier 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and has a 6,600mAh battery.
Conversely, the Vivo X300 FE was launched in Russia on March 4, starting at a price of RUB 60,124 (about Rs. 71,000) for the basic model, which includes 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. To summarize, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and includes a 6,500mAh battery.
